What data do we collect in the assessment process?
GROW360 collects, analyzes and synthesizes three types of datasets: psychometric data (Big 5 personality traits), behavioral data (360-degree feedback), and hard skills.
Bias-free algorithms and assessment methodology ensures a clean, reliable set of data, free of intrinsic human bias or faking responses.
What is personality?
GROW360’s psychometric assessment defines candidate personalities based on the Big 5 personality traits model (also known as the Five-Factor Model). IGS has developed a unique, patented method to assess the Big 5 personality traits using a scientific, bias-free methodology: the Implicit Association Test.

What is a competency?
A “competency” is a cluster of related abilities, commitments, knowledge and skills that enable a person, team or organization to act effectively in a job or situation. GROW360 collects self assessment data and peer assessment data to calculate an objective score on a candidate’s competency strengths across four fundamental competency domains: cognitive, intrapersonal, interpersonal and community domains.
